An experienced aircraft airframe/ engine engineer, David was a member of the Royal Air Force from 1985 to 1997, specialising on airframe systems including VC10s, Phantom F4Js, Tornado GR1s, F3s, H5125s, Spitfires and Avro Lancasters. After leaving the RAF, David worked as specialist engineer for companies such as BAE Systems, British Airways, Al Italia and Augusta Westland, on Boeing 747s, 737s and 727s, and Airbus (all variants).

David began research and development in 2011 on nano surface coatings for aviation, rail and renewable industries, to create an eco-friendly product that helps to reduce the carbon impact from industry and transport.. David is passionate about the environment, and helping companies and countries to meet their eco-targets while also improving living and working conditions.

Tim holds degrees in biochemistry, maths and computer science. He spent 33 years in the pharmaceutical industry, 10 years of which as director of international business development. In 1998 he co-established a company which introduced one of the first probiotic (nutraceuticals) products into the UK market. Since 2013 Tim has helped almost 1,000 research businesses gain R&D corporation tax relief, covering all aspects of their science and technological development, including mechanical, electrical, aeronautical engineering through to chemical coatings, drug research, and software development including advancement of highly complex AI and ML (Machine Learning) algorithms. Tim is a qualified private pilot and operates his own self-constructed light aircraft from an historic airfield near London.

Wesley has worked for Airglide since 2015. Prior to Airglide he worked for HMCTS and subsequently Cuneiform Technical Writing Services, based in the US, primarily as a copy writer. Since joining Airglide, he has worked as Sales Consultant, Facilities and then Office Manager, before becoming the company’s current Business Development Manager.

His role is to enable the company and its clients realise their cooperative potential. The clear benefit of Airglide’s product range to both businesses and to the environment is a rare thing: Wesley feels privileged to play a part in its convergence.

For the past 3 years Maddison has developed her skills in management and sales, with an extra focus on marketing. As a leading sales manager she has crafted an insightful understanding of customer demand, financial management and data logistics.

Now, as she progresses into her role as Social Media Manager for the company, she will continue to use these management skills, alongside her expertise in Art and Design. As a gifted creative, she relishes the opportunity to blend her talents to help the business grow.
